The pool area was nice, perfect for families. Our room had cleanliness issues and the furniture was outdated. Convenient access to the beach and a golf course nearby. Front desk staff were friendly but response times could improve.

Rooms varied; one was perfect, while another had a sunken bed. The location shone with scenic views and easy access to docks. Tile floors kept things tidy after pool trips, and plentiful outlets were a nice touch. Friendly staff made the experience warmer, especially a standout manager dedicated to great service. A few hiccups with the fridge and TV were promptly resolved. a lack of thorough cleaning and misleading pet policies dampened the stay. Despite a few bumps, the inviting atmosphere and the charming staff might just bring me back.

Stunning views from the pool area. But watch out. Not all rooms enjoy the same scenery. My room was pleasant but lacked the waterfront view I envisioned. The staff shines here—friendly and truly accommodating. The decor is engaging, a cozy touch that makes you feel at home. The bed? Luxuriously comfortable. a few disappointments linger. One slat on the blinds was missing, sacrificing privacy. Limited outlets made charging devices a jigsaw puzzle. And breakfast options were nonexistent, a weakness considering the potential. Check-in was chaotic. Miscommunication at the front desk needs addressing, particularly regarding early arrivals. There’s talent in this place; it just requires some polish. A delightful hideaway with room for refinement.

With its fantastic proximity to the beach just a few steps away, as well as being surrounded by a variety of restaurants and attractions all within a short stroll, this hotel is a perfect base for anyone passionate about exploring the area; I loved relaxing at nearby AB Town Park, only about 600 meters away, and indulging at the Beach Tavern, just a quick walk of about 300 meters, while enjoying the beautifully clean, spacious rooms with cozy beds and friendly staff who made me feel like a VIP. My only concern was some minor maintenance issues in my room, but overall it didn’t detract much from my wonderful experience.

The room was cute and adequately sized, making it comfortable for a few nights. The beds were comfortable, a plus when traveling with kids. I appreciated having a microwave and mini fridge for snacks. the bathroom was very small and outdated, making it a tight squeeze. The AC worked great, providing relief from the heat. Unfortunately, the walls were thin, letting in noise from the pool area, and we had no privacy. I faced challenges parking across a busy street, which added to my stress during the stay. Some improvements are definitely needed.

I loved how the rooms felt like tiny homes with all the comforts of home! The staff was super friendly, making me feel like family. Enjoying the beautiful outdoor saltwater pool while soaking up the sun was the cherry on top!

The view of the sunset is truly breathtaking. The staff is super friendly and responsive, and the place is conveniently located near everything you need.
There's no covered smoking area, which makes you feel like a wet dog if it rains.

Staying at this place was a real letdown. The first-floor room felt completely exposed with see-through curtains, and I couldn't shake the anxiety. Plus, the paper-thin walls made every noise from the pool area impossible to ignore.

The staff were super friendly and helped us find great places to eat they even suggested a romantic spot on the beach. The room had a kitchenette which made it easy to prepare breakfast together and the bed was really comfy for cuddling.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but worth it for the experience we had.

Palm Suites offers a fantastic location just minutes from the beach and local shops. The staff, especially Samaje, were incredibly helpful in relocating me when my initial room was unsatisfactory. The rooms were spacious, but be prepared for some noise and quirks in maintenance.

Had a great city trip stay here! Loved the well-maintained grounds and clean common areas. The friendly staff were helpful and kind. Most rooms were beautifully decorated and well-equipped. The renovated older building provided a cozy atmosphere, with some rooms overlooking the serene sound. The kitchenette in the room was a pleasant surprise, adding to the comfort of the stay. Overall, a good value for the money spent.
A few drawbacks during the stay included a musty odor in the room, older carpet, and less than comfortable mattresses. Additionally, the presence of a trash cart in front of the room for an extended time was inconvenient.

Thousands of aquatic animals took me on a journey from the state's grand peaks to the open Atlantic; scuba diving, water skiing, and windsurfing gave me a firsthand look at how skilled I am at staying afloat surrounded by water.

We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an early check-in with no additional cost. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful beach theme. The private balcony offered stunning views of the marsh area. The pool was well-maintained, and we will definitely be back! Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

the room was clean, and the location was super close to the beach. we found out about nearby spots from the friendly staff. the pool was never crowded, and the lobby looked fresh and bright. the staff - especially chantay and semjae - were so caring and made our stay memorable.

My friends and I had a blast hitting up the outdoor pool and exploring the Crystal Coast. We went kayaking, surfing, and even tried parasailing – so much hype!
It would've been lit if the hotel had a nightclub nearby for an epic night out, adding to the party vibes.

The room we were in was spacious, but it felt a bit outdated. The bed was comfortable, but the furniture was old and mismatched. We had issues with the heating and air conditioning - it took a long time for the hot water to come out, and the shower leaked onto the floor. I also had to deal with noisy neighbors and the constant sound of the flag pole outside. There were no charging ports for our phones, and the lack of screens on the balcony door made me feel uneasy about leaving it open. the view from our room was beautiful, and I enjoyed having a pier attached to the property. The staff were friendly, but the service was lacking. I had to go and fetch my own towels from a bin, which was a first for me. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with a dead cockroach in the hallway and a strong smell of urine when we first entered. The maintenance of the property also seemed lacking, with issues like a missing shower curtain and scratchy towels. my stay at Palm Suites was okay, but there are definitely areas that need improvement. The location was convenient, but the overall experience was marred by the outdated rooms and lack of attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

The location was fantastic, just a short stroll from a beautiful beach and surrounded by charming parks and amenities. Exploring the area was a delight with hidden gems waiting to be discovered. The apartment itself was pleasant, offering a comfortable stay with cozy accommodations.
There were some downsides to our experience. The noise from the ice machine near our room was disruptive, impacting our sleep both nights.

Spend quality family time at an outdoor pool by Bogue Sound: kayaking, fishing, surfing, swimming, and diving. Conveniently located near the North Carolina Aquarium, enjoy nature adventures with your loved ones.

i had such a great experience at palm suites. the location was perfect, so close to everything - stores, beaches, and restaurants. the staff was exceptional, keeping everything sparkling clean. the rooms are very big with balconies. the beds were super comfortable, and i got the best sleep. this was my first time staying here, and i will definitely be returning on my next visit. highly recommended!

Our stay at Palm Suites exceeded our expectations. The rooms were cozy and had a nice view of the water, perfect for a beach vacation. The lobby decor was impressive and the front desk receptionist, Karen-Elaine, was exceptional. She went above and beyond to address any issues we had and made us feel welcome. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. it was a great stay!
Slight plumbing issue causing water to come in through the shower light from the room above us, but the staff quickly found a solution.
